Do you accept card payments?

Yes we accept all major credit & debit cards. If you book online then all payments are handled by PayPal. If you book via the TaxiCaller App you can pay by card in all of our cars using our mobile card machines. We even accept American Express!

How long does it take to get from Durham to Newcastle Airport?

We would always recommend a minimum travel time from Durhamn City Centre to Newcastle Airport of 45 minutes. During rush hours morning and evening 60 minutes is recommended.

Will I share the car with anyone else?

No. When you book your transfers with us there will only be your party travelling.

Yes, we cover all UK Airports.

I have an early morning pick up, can see where my driver is?

Yes! When you make a booking we ask for your email address and mobile phone number. On the day of your transfer we send you a tracking link via email and text. You can follow your driver as he comes to pick you up along with his ETA.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all incoming flights. If your flight is delayed your driver will arrive to collect you at your new arrival time. There maybe times when we are extremely busy where we might not be able to accomodate your delayed arrival. If this happens we are very sorry, but we will refund any pre-payment in full. This has only happened once since 2009! So rest assured we will be there for you.

I have a booking with you & missed my flight. What should i do?

These things happen, if you've missed your flight please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If you have a new arrival we will transfer your booking to your new arrival time.

When i arrive at Newcastle airport how do i find my car?

When you make a booking we ask for your email address and mobile phone number. On the day of your arrival you will receive an email & text message letting you know how to find your car and driver along with your drivers phone number, make, model & registration of the car they are driving. We will also send a tracking link via email and text where you can see the live location of your driver & the ETA of your driver. When leaving the airport you can walk to the location in that is shown by the live tracking. Its really rather cool! All pick ups from Newcastle Airport are from the Express Pick Up/Drop Off Car Park.
